Many of you speak very well about sheet mask, so I searched on web if I could prepare them by myself.
Finally, I did it!
I bought on Amazon a compressed tissue masks, they are so easy to use and so convenient!
You only have to soak the compressed mask in a liquid, for example green tea, facial toner, rose water… you can create your favorite mask, hydrating, moisturizing, detox.
Apply on y our face for 10-20 minutes. The advantage of this mask is that doesn’t drip on your clothes, make you free to do what you prefer to do!
My first recipe is:
- 3 teaspoon of rose water
- 5 drops of oil (olive, almond, coconut…)
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel

In tantissime mi avete parlato benissimo delle maschere in tessuto, così sono andata a cercare se fosse possibile prepararle in casa.
È possibile!
Ho comprato su Amazon le maschere in tessuto pressate. Sono semplicissime da usare e molto economiche.
Basta immergerle nell’acqua, nel tonico, nel the verde, per “idratarle” e sono pronte da stendere sul viso…insomma vi potete “costruire” voi la maschera che più vi è utile.
L’importante è che aggiungiate sempre un po’ di acqua alla vostra soluzione idratante, perché altrimenti la maschera non si apre.
Io ho provato a miscelare:
- 3 cucchiaini di acqua di rose
- 5 gocce di un olio a vostro piacere (mandorla, ricino, oliva, cocco)
- 1 cucchiaino di miele (facoltativo)
- 1 cucchiaino di gel di aloe vera
Questo tipo di maschera che è molto idratante potete tenerla sul viso anche 20 minuti, essendo in tessuto, non cola e puoi fare tutto quello che vuoi mentre attendi che faccia effetto!
